Ray Lewis: President and CEO
Ray is a Telecommunications Industry Professional with over 40 years of industry experience and customer commitment. After serving his country as a U.S. Air Force Vietnam War veteran, Ray began his industry career in the early 1970’s as a Columbus based voice and wireless paging company systems engineer. After joining Business Telephone Systems as V.P. of Operations for several years, Ray became president of their Small Business Division. Following the acquisition of Business Telephone Systems by Northern Telecom, Ray and his partners established ComNet of Ohio in 1985 and in-turn with the acquisition of ComNet by Inter-Tel, he became Midwest V.P. for the national telecommunications company launching their successful customer centric Managed Services Program. As Partner and President of ComNet Solutions, Ray now leads a seasoned team of industry professionals providing the sales, installation and management of industry leading telecommunications systems for all sizes and types of businesses in the Columbus and Dayton area.
Jeff Blair: Vice President of Operations
Jeff is an Industry Professional with over 35 years of telecom experience. After college Jeff found his career in communications with a local telecom company. In 1985 the company was acquired and ComNet of Ohio was started. Leading the operations group as ComNet of Ohio grew to three offices, the foundation for strong customer service and commitment to customers became the baseline for ComNet’s growth and remains today as ComNet Solutions grows and expands in the ever changing landscape of telecom. As a founding partner in ComNet Solutions and Vice President of Operations, Jeff focuses his years of telecom industry technical experience to lead the company’s installation, implementation and managed services team. As a telecom industry veteran, grounded in years of formal and informal telecom industry training and manufacturer system certification, Jeff demonstrates on a daily basis the ComNet customer experience through professional customer support and responsive system service.
Bob Talty: Business Development (Dayton Office)
Bob is a highly qualified and experienced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) professional, in sales, marketing and operations that is grounded with over 40 years of business leadership, management, telecommunications experience and customer commitment. Bob has captured a broad spectrum of applicable experiences that can be effectively implemented in today’s business environment to drive results for all types and sizes of businesses through the alignment of ICT infrastructure and network to support business goals, solve challenges and drive performance. Bob has small business start-up and global enterprise (V.P. of Marketing for NEC America CNG) recovery and growth experience in the telecommunications industry working with customers like you. Today, Bob provides business development, marketing and direct sales support for the ComNet Solutions team along with maintaining his Dayton SCORE SMB volunteer counseling responsibilities. This combination of broad industry experience, relevant business coaching and keen insight to ICT infrastructure and network impact on business makes Bob a great partner for your business.
